Welcome to SonicFrame Studios. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

SonicFrame Studios provides professional film post-production services including but not limited to sound design, audio mixing, color grading, film editing, visual effects, ADR recording, and mastering services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by SonicFrame Studios.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project information and materials in agreed formats
• Respect scheduled booking times and provide reasonable notice for cancellations
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Obtain all necessary rights and permissions for materials provided to us
• Provide clear feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to secure booking
• Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of their original content. SonicFrame Studios retains rights to:

• Use completed projects in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed
• All proprietary techniques, processes, and tools used in our work
• Reuse generic audio elements and sound libraries

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of your projects and will not disclose project details without permission. Clients may request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type. Generally:

• Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: Full refund of deposits
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of deposit retained
• No-shows: Full deposit forfeited
• Work in progress is billed for time spent

7. Limitation of Liability

SonicFrame Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Revisions and Approvals

Project quotes typically include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Client approval is required at key milestones, and approved work cannot be revised without additional fees.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, equipment failures, or government actions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zamboanga City.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
